Great service and quick delivery, so all good there. However regarding the 30mm Celotex that I purchased for a floating floor insulation project, I was annoyed to find variance in depth across each board from 25mm to 33mm, which I feel is pretty terrible. 1st time I’ve used Celotex so perhaps this is the norm, or have I been passed off with seconds?? Didn’t have time to complain and return 30 odd sheets so have had to cross batten at 400mm centres, which caused a great deal more work, expense and tape to make vapour tight, twice the job due to poor quality control.

I just wanted to confirm that we don't sell seconds and don't have any access to supply them. We are aware that Celotex do work within industry manufacturing tolerances of + / - 2 - 3mm but this seems as though your materials may be outside of this. I was informed that I was getting a different product of the same specification but wonder if this is why they are cheaper than other suppliers when comparing branded products. However the supplied product was fine and to be honest I could not tell the difference in products.

A really good service. The insulation arrived within the one hour slot that I had been given and took only 3 days from the date that I ordered. which was pretty amazing. I placed my order with Online Insulation and requested a delivery date 4-days later.  
Nearer the time, I telephoned Online Insulation for a time slot.  The time-slot given was between 10.00 and 11.00 on my chosen date.  The delivery date and time was adhered to and the delivery guy was polite and really helpful.
All in all, a really impressive service from order to payment through to delivery.  I would highly recommended that you order your insulation from Online Insulation.  It is competitively priced, delivered to your door (with no charge depending on the amount you order) and one of the easiest and most reliable services I have encountered.

I ordered some insulation on a Tuesday, for delivery on the Friday as I had planned to insulate my loft over the weekend. I was called on the Thursday and was told that the supplier had some issues and would not be able to supply the insulation for delivery until Monday - would I be ok to wait till then. I explained that was no good to me for the reasons stated. The representative I spoke to was great - he looked at alternative products and found something slightly better which was available for delivery on Friday as planned and there would obviously be no extra cost to me. The insulation was duly delivered, was great quality and I carried out the thankless task of insulating my loft as planned!!! So, they managed an issue calmly, politely and quickly, plus their prices are excellent too! I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Online Insulation to anyone. Well done!!
